Services & Pricing

One team. Your whole back office.

Bookkeeping, controller work and CFO insight from a small team that knows your business. You get the skills of three roles without paying for 40 hours of one person.

The monthly engagement

Clean books. Real numbers. Every month.

Bookkeeping

Bank, credit card and loan reconciliations. Revenue posted from your sales channels. Bills and receivables kept current.

Controller / senior accountant review

A second set of eyes on every close. Accruals, adjustments and the questions nobody else asks.

Monthly financial package

Balance sheet, P&L and cash picture you can actually run on, plus a conversation about what it means.

QuickBooks Online first

We work in QuickBooks Online and connect the tools you already use, like Gusto and Bill.com, so you stop emailing statements and spreadsheets.

Payroll

Payroll processing and payroll tax filings, handled with the rest of your books.

Add-ons

Add what you need. Skip what you don't.

Fractional CFO

Forecasting, budgets, pricing and cash planning, and someone to think through the big decisions with you. Always an add-on to a monthly engagement.

Business tax filings

Annual business tax returns, available as an add-on for monthly clients.

Catch-up and cleanup

Behind on the books? We quote catch-up work as a separate project.

Rektio is not a licensed CPA firm. We don't provide audit preparation or prepare Form 990.

Who we work with

For-profit or nonprofit, the books still have to tell the truth.

For-Profit

Owner-led companies that want monthly numbers they trust: margins by product or service line, cash you can plan around, and a close that happens on a schedule.

Nonprofit

Human services & health, professional & member associations, foundations, and faith-based & community organizations. Restricted funds tracked properly, grant reporting supported, and board-ready financials.

Your team

Two or three people. Not one point of failure.

Every account has a team of 2–3 people: a bookkeeper doing the daily work, a controller or senior accountant reviewing it, and CFO-level insight when you need it. More than one person knows your books, so nobody's vacation or job change becomes your problem. Our team stays put, so the people who learned your business keep working on it.

The math

Hiring in-house vs. a team that's already built.

One in-house hireRektio team
SkillsOne person, usually one skill levelBookkeeper, controller/senior accountant and CFO insight
CoverageOut sick or on vacation means the books waitSeveral people know your account
TurnoverWhen they leave, the knowledge leavesContinuity is built into the team
CostSalary, benefits, software and training for 40 hours a weekOne monthly fee, scoped to your volume

Every business is different. An in-house hire is the right call for some companies, and we'll tell you if that's you.
