Dec. 31, 2019: Last day to set up a solo 401K if you are self-employed.

Jan. 31, 2020: Last day to send out those W-2 Forms to employees and/or independent contractors.

March 15, 2020: Final day to file for S-Corps (using Form 1102-S) and for partnerships (using Form 1065).

April 1, 2020: Last day to file 1099s electronically.

April 15, 2020: Tax Day. Personal and corporate tax returns are due

Oct. 15, 2020: Last filing day for taxes if you have an extension
